In-Home Respite Care

Respite Care

  • Provides primary caregivers or family caregivers a relief or break from caregiving duties
Homemaker Services

This service includes:

  • Meal preparation, laundry, shopping, light household repairs, transportation arrangement,
  • Homemakers may also assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and transferring
Chore Services
  • Light chores, such as lawn care, snow removal, and other indoor or outdoor home maintenance
  • Assistance with pest control/extermination
  • Junk removal
Night Supervision

Night supervision is an overnight assistance provided to recipients who need constant care and support, especially at night

Night supervision will include:

  • Assisting with instrumental daily living activities or IADLs
  • Improving independence and provide skills development
  • Helping clients with positive support program and transitions
ILS Training

ILS Training helps individuals improve or develop their community-living skills and become more integrated in the community.

Training areas include:

  • Developing functional skills
  • Self-care
  • Interventions for maladaptive behaviors
  • Social skills
  • Communication skills
  • Mobility and community living

Special Transportation Services are designed for individuals who, due to a physical or mental disability, are unable to use common carriers and do not require ambulance transportation. Services include both ambulatory and non-ambulatory transportation.

Our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services support Medical Assistance (MA) members by providing safe, appropriate, and cost-effective transportation to:
